Pharmacy contractors were required to open on Good Friday 2020 and Easter Monday 2020 as a direct consequence of the NHS England and NHS Improvement announcement made in accordance with paragraph 27A of Schedule 4 to the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations. The determination for payment for these opening hours for those pharmacy contractors who opened and how to claim for them is available in the Easter 2020 opening hours document (PDF: 61KB).
Pharmacy contractors should note that this is not reflected in the printed version of April 2020 Drug Tariff and it will not be reflected in the printed version of the May 2020 Drug Tariff.
