It was announced on Thursday 21 May 2026, in a Written Ministerial Statement to Parliament, that revised forecasted deadlines for the Public Service Pensions Remedy (also known as McCloud) have now been set.
These deadlines are the latest dates by which we expect Remedy Service Statements (RSS) to be sent to McCloud-affected members where benefits are already in payment.
Statements will be sent in phases within those deadlines, with many expected to be sent earlier.
