It was announced on Thursday 21 May 2026, in a Written Ministerial Statement to Parliament, that revised forecasted deadlines for sending McCloud-affected members a Remediable Service Statement (RSS) are now in place.
These are the latest dates by which we expect all RSS to be sent where benefits are already in payment. Many members will receive an RSS sooner.
