We hold regular webinars and open days for prescribing and dispensing contractors on topics ranging from endorsing and referred backs to batch submissions and switching.
Online sessions last approximately 60 minutes.
In-person open days take place at Bridge House, Newcastle and usually last about 90 minutes.
Sessions include an overview and insight into how we process prescriptions, best practice guidance, and an interactive questions and answers session.
These sessions are aimed at contractors and primary care professionals including pharmacists, dispensing doctors, GPs who claim for personally administrated items (PADM), dispensing appliance contractors, university pharmacy students and trainee pharmacists.
We also host free webinars for dispensing contractors. These last around 30 minutes and can cover topics including:
