Hints and Tips, open days and webinars

Hints and Tips

Hints and Tips is a quarterly bulletin designed to help our customers with their interaction with NHS Prescription Services. We produce two versions - one for dispensing contractors and one for information services users.

Get Hints and Tips sent straight to your inbox - email us your name, organisation, email address and tell us which version you’d like.

Open days

We hold monthly open days so our customers can come and see how we process prescriptions. We hold them at different times of the day to make it easier for people to come to them and each session lasts about three hours.

Anyone involved in sending in prescriptions for reimbursement and remuneration should find them useful, such as a pharmacist, dispensing doctor or GP who claims for personally administered items, or a dispensing appliance contractor.
