Corporate responsibility

Corporate responsibility is about:

  • ensuring that we make a positive impact on society by delivering our services
  • people, communities and our environment
  • doing good business.

It’s not an afterthought – it is embedded in our business strategy as part of our vision.

Our progress

Each year we summarise our progress in our Annual Report and Accounts and also provide more details and commentary in our Good Business - Corporate Responsibility Annual Report (PDF: 2.86 MB).

Targets and plans

The NHSBSA vision and the actions within our overall strategy and business plan are the ways in which we are addressing the key challenges to society over which we can have an influence.
