Registering to provide the service No registration or de-registration is required for the 2019/20 Flu service but you will need to register to use the Manage Your Service portal in order to submit your claims. You’ll still need to tell NHS Choices if and when you are providing the service. Submitting a claim for payment The paper claim form is no longer available and will not be accepted. All claims must be made via the Manage Your Service portal. Claims will be accepted by us within 6 months of the vaccination being administered or by 31 August 2021, whichever date is earlier, in accordance with the usual Drug Tariff claims process.
