It’s important you keep your personal details up to date with your employer.
Personal details include your:
- name
- address
- email address
- telephone number
- gender
If you’re not currently employed by the NHS, contact us to update your details.
Changing your address
If you're an active member
To update your address you can either:
- tell your employer about your change of address and they will update their records and inform us
- update your address yourself if you have access to ESR Self Service
If you're a deferred member
You can either:
- complete the change of address form (COA1) (PDF: 76KB)
- contact the member helpline on 0300 330 1346
- email these changes of details to [email protected]
